## What you get

- Upload documents.
- Create audio.
- Have live conversations with Ask and Explain.
- Use the Chrome extension.
- Use AI connectors.

We cannot guarantee that our services will work.

## What you pay

The checkout shows your total price, currency, taxes, and billing period before you pay.

- Weekly plan: pay each week. Get 150 credits each week.
- Monthly plan: pay each month. Get 600 credits each month.
- Yearly plan: pay each year. Get 600 credits each month.

Each subscription renewal replaces the old balance. Unused credits do not carry over.

Listening, document processing, and AI tools use credits. Usage depends on the tool, voice, and text you provide.

When your credits run out, features that use credits stop. They work again once you have new credits, for example after a subscription renewal.

## How your subscription ends

Plans renew until you cancel. Cancel before the next renewal to stop the next charge.

You keep access until the paid period ends. When your credits run out, features that use credits stop until you get new credits.

Deleting the app or disconnecting your AI does not cancel your plan.

## Cancellation and refunds

Cancel anytime. No questions asked.

If you subscribed through Apple or Google, cancel through Apple or Google.

If you are unhappy or something does not work as expected, you can cancel or request a refund.
